At Jackie's Kids, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. If the fit isn't perfect, we are happy to assist you with a seamless exchange or a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn clothing in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
